Action in the Hennepin County District Court wherein Margaret Schulz and her husband, Alvin Schulz, sought to recover for personal injuries which she allegedly sustained as the result of the negligence of defendants, Dr. David W. Feigal, Dr. W. W. Rieke, Genevieve Smerdon, Edythe Palmer, and Shirley Golias. The case was tried before Tom Bergin, Judge, and a jury, which returned a verdict for plaintiffs for nominal damages.
