Action in the Hennepin County District Court brought on behalf of Margaret Sheehan, a minor, by her father and natural guardian, Charles Sheehan, for personal injuries allegedly sustained by said minor as the result of the negligence of defendant; and by said Charles Sheehan on his own behalf for consequential damages. The case was tried before Christ Holm, retired judge, and a jury, which found in a special verdict that defendant was negligent, that its negligence caused plaintiff's injuries, and that plaintiff's damages were $50,000.
